UDOO Neo is equipped with two different chips depending on the model. UDOO Neo Basic: 2x MT41K128M16 UDOO Neo Extended and UDOO Neo Full: 2x MT41K256M16

Both memory modules are provided by Micron with a 400 MHz RAM clock.

DDR3L SDRAM (1.35V) is a low-voltage version of the DDR3 (1.5V) SDRAM.
